We are seeking an experienced Sales engineer to join them to drive sales growth.
Your responsabilities :
- Hunting and developing new customers in the region assigned through
independent travel and managing distributor relationships. - Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company’s sales goals
- Meeting with engineers and R&D to determine their needs and preferences and
explaining products & expertise offered by the company. - Clarify requirements with clients and provide suitable solutions.
- Understand customer technical requirements and map them to company products
and solutions. - Identify areas of improvement and communicate these issues and possible
solutions with multiple stakeholders. - Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities and
projects to design. - Understand customer technical requirements and map them to company products
and solutions. - Managing the sales pipeline in CRM system for predictable revenue generation,
prioritization and forecasting
Your Profile :
- You are a real sales engineer with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Electronic and
Electric industry. - You are speaking german & english fluently, other language an asset.
- Sales hunting is your strengh and you are willing to developp a portfolio.
- Bachelor’s or technical degree in engineering or electronics.
- Understand customer technical requirements and map them to company products
and solutions. - You have a proven track record of success in sales management as well as
experience in electronic field. - Leadership skills and pro activity is required, you will have a real autonomy on
your daily routine.
